here are some brooches I made with my own handmade buttons.
I zigzagged some left over bits of yarn on to thick black felt, then finished them off with my buttons...
i just wanted to say that i've really been enjoying the blog - i just found it recently and while i've always liked buttons and have a HUGE box of old ones, ya'll have rekindled a desire to find more of them. I just got 2 sweet little old button cards in the mail today. And expect more in the next week! Thanks for the inspiration girls! I appreciate it --- and I'm sure the vendors I've bought from do too! *wink*
