Button Floozies

This is a small collage heart that was created with found papers, notions and BUTTONS! "LOVE" by Sue Marrazzo, ISAP, NCS Happy Valentine's Day BUTTON FLOOZIES!

I love painting faces on MOP buttons...  Here is Raggedy Ann with her MOP face and a button heart on my crazy quilt Christmas block.  You can use her by herself as an easy-to-make ornament...  I have a tutorial on my blog   These are also cute on tags for packages and on name tags for Christmas events... In that same series here is a "sugar plump fairy" with a painted face on an MOP button.

Everyone has their favourites! These are mine -

Hello everyone! I'm a new member, living in Moscow (Russia). I'd like to show you a part of my collection of Grandmother vintage buttons. As far as I know most of them is very old (more than 60-70 years).

Hello, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Suzanne aka Coloradolady and I too, love buttons. I am so happy to have found this blog and to be a part of it. I love going to estate sales and searching for vintage buttons and notions. And on days when I find lots of wonderful items I am so excited to share them. I hope you find my post interesting and something positive to share. I wanted to show you a few buttons I picked up at an Estate sale over the weekend. I was so excited to find these stashed inside a vintage sewing box. There was a little jar of small white and clear buttons....I think they are so romantic looking. I hope everyone has a wonderful Valentine's Day and I hope you have lots of love to come your way. I am excited to be here~

We have well over 60 floozies, the images, tutorials and sharing is just fabulous. You guys ROCK! I am hoping to put together another giveaway as soon as life calms a bit from the holidays. xoxo ~ Abbie
