Button Floozies

I just finished this mixed media painting this morning. As a finishing touch, I went to my BUTTON COLLECTION. After trying at least twelve different buttons....I settled on the amber clear acrylic button. Buttons and Art go together perfectly! Hello, I hope you don't mind me popping up twice in one day but the latest edition of   MOLLIE MAKES MAGAZINE has  just popped  through the letterbox  with six lovely pink vintage buttons free of charge.   There is also some great button pictures  and links to buttonie people.  Did'nt want anyone to miss out on this treat. A friend of mine gave me these buttons or are they tags ?    Technically I think they are tags  but I think you could use them as buttons. EXCEPT they are made of plastic and are double sided  and split in two leaving the middle adhesive. Hi there- I just wanted to share a photo I took of some pretty buttons from a local scrapbook store. I love vintage but sometimes I find buttons in paper stores too :) I can't wait to use these on a new project!

I attended my Colorado State Button Society's Entering and Judging Workshop Saturday, and as a reward for studying button classifications all morning, members had a button sale in the afternoon!
