WHAT'S INSIDE THE SINGER BUTTON TIN?

I found this SINGER button tin at a yard sale here in Pennsylvania. It was full to the top with assorted buttons. It is now 2/3 full...Thanks to my Creative Collage ART Students. I love to share finds like this with others who are like minded. In this ART class we use collage papers and found objects...and YES that includes BUTTONS!
Take a look at WHAT'S INSIDE THE SINGER BUTTON TIN...

Oh...I think I'd choose the lily of the valley embossed metal button and the shell inlay, like you did, but also the cream plastic one with the purple "gem" and the tight top brown one above it! Fun.
You got some nice buttons . Will be back Hope you come visit me. Laura

Oh my word, the button box from my childhood. It still exists, and my granddaughters use the buttons as part of the cards they make. Owl eyes, fruit in a tree, stuff like that.
Thanks for stopping by!
AHHh...It is a sweet button tin!

Wonderful finds! I've been picking up vintage buttons at flea markets for years now. Each one is like a tiny treasure!

For me, buttons are like little pieces of art. My favorite here is the mother of pearl inlay.
I know...that inlay button is even better in person!
