Victorian ladies and their buttons

Looking through my collection of victorian cdv's etc i found these ladies and their outfits featuring lots of buttons.

those little biity covered buttons were all made by hand also. Maybe they still are today on some wedding dresses however.

There sure wouldn't be a quick way to get out of one of those dresses LOL

Oh, I love Victorian buttons!! Especially the ones with the rhinestones! Funny you should suggest I do a dress form linky party. That is why I asked who had dress forms, I plan on doing one the beginning of February. I was trying to get a feel of how many people had dress forms....It seems a lot do, great minds like yours and mine think a like LOL! Stay tuned
